DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to www.watchnbuy.com or to products you purchase as a result of using www.watchnbuy.com shall be submitted first to mediation with the Bexar County Pre-Suit Mediation Program or other mediator acceptable to both parties, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate 2BC, Inc.’s intellectual property rights or have or about to cause irreparable harm to the Company, 2BC, Inc. may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Privacy Policy, posted on this site. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Service at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Pricing

2BC, Inc. makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability. In cases where we do experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for any orders that are not processed or accepted by our Merchants.
